AUTOMATIC BLOCK-CUTTING MACHINE

This machine cuts the blocks for the production of four-way pallets. The block-cutter produces blocks on a single channel, the blocks can be cut to different lengths and to alternate lengths (long-short-long) on the same channel (such as, for example, in the case of the production of perimeter pallets). The machine is equipped with a sloping plane for the loading and sorting of the beams to be cut. The cutting channel is composed of a horizontally moving carriage; length of the cut is set by means of a keypad. The length of the beams normally used is from 2 to 4 meters, Production: approx 35 blocks/minute.
 
AUTOMATIC BLOCKS LOADER

This Machine automatically loads the blocks into the relative die seats of the automatic nailing machine, with a chain driven jig-carrying conveyor belt. - The device consists of a steel surface over which the conveyor belt passes continually, downstream of which are positioned three automatic block inserters; the distance between the inserters and their width can be adjusted

AUTOMATIC STRINGER LOADER

The machine consists of a device that separates and selects the cross-beams with the action of pneumatic cylinders followed by a loader. - The length of the distributor can be adjusted by a screw.

HYDRAULIC MULTIPLE NAILING-MACHINE

The Hydraulic nailing machine can accompany up to 24 mobile Nailers on a sloping plane, a conveyor belt with adjustable jigs, driven by two chains, for the production according to the particular pallet version, of either the bases or the upper parts of the pallets. Nail are fed via 2 oscillating bins which can be reached by an access platform. The machine is equipped with a hydraliuic power plant complete with manometers, electric motor, pump, electro valves, and Nail sizes range from 40 to 90 mm. in length.

BLADE EDGE CUTTING MACHINE / BRANDERS

The machine is composed of a metallic base with horizontally sliding runners, on all four sides, on which are situated 12” circular blades each equipped with an independent electric motor with safety brake. The pallet moves downwards pushed by a pneumatic piston, controlled by pneumatic cylinders. The fixed bevels can be very quickly adjusted. The machine is supplied complete with electric motors, feeding and unloading transporters (motorized), electrical system and pneumatic system with plant for connection to compressed air supply with pressure regulator and filter, pneumatic cylinders, guards and protective devices and every other accessory necessary for normal functioning. Six Branders are located beside the cutters at each Conner which are operated by timer and temperature controllers.

TURNERS

The machine consists of horizontal and vertical turners incorporated into the pallet line. Each turner can be quickly and easily adjusted turner includes safety cage and controls.
